To ensure an exceptional experience for every guest, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. -Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a 50% service fee. -No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will require a deposit to secure future bookings. -Kindly note that adjustments to these fees may be made at my discretion, depending on the circumstances.
